What format are the playbooks?
Who Fumbled Me™ playbooks are premium digital PDF workbooks designed for tablets and computers and suitable for personal at-home printing.
How will I receive my playbook?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive access to your digital playbook through a secure download link. Your download information will also be sent to the email address used at checkout, so you can access your playbook when you're ready to get to work.
Do I have to read the playbooks in order?
Each playbook can stand on its own, but the collection is designed as a sequence. Start with Recovery Playbook™ to process the fumble, move to Back in the Game™ when you are ready to date intentionally, and use Franchise Player™ when you are building a committed relationship.
Can I share my playbook with a friend?
Your purchase includes a personal, non-transferable license. You are welcome to discuss the lessons, but sharing, distributing, uploading, or reselling the file is not permitted.
Are the playbooks therapy or professional advice?
No. The playbooks and podcast are educational and personal-development resources. They are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing abuse, coercion, threats, stalking, or immediate danger, seek qualified local support.
What is the proposed refund approach?
Because our playbooks are digital products delivered electronically, digital purchases are generally final once access has been provided. If you experience a technical issue with your file, receive a defective download, or accidentally make a duplicate purchase, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
